About these terms

These terms apply when you use https://yourritualsupply.com or buy from Your Ritual Supply. By placing an order you accept them.

They are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send your confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on the frequency you chose, at the discounted price shown at signup, until you cancel.

You can pause, change the size or frequency, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes take effect from your next billing date.

Cancelling stops future renewals. A delivery already paid for will still be packed and sent.

If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you; if it keeps failing the subscription is paused.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we will fix it.

Returns

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our shipping and returns policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our content

The words, photography, branding and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
