Privacy policy
Plain English: we collect only what we need to get coffee to your door, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Your Ritual Supply is an Australian owned small business selling coffee online at https://yourritualsupply.com. You can reach us at hello@yourritualsupply.com.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.
Marketing: your email address if you join our list.
Technical: basic usage data such as pages visited, so we can see what is working on the site.
Card details
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider on secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure, and we only receive confirmation of payment plus the last few digits of the card.
How we use it
To roast, pack and deliver your order, and to manage subscriptions.
To send order confirmations, delivery updates and answers to your questions.
To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
To improve the shop and fix problems.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery carrier, our email provider and our hosting and database provider.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for someone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for seven years as required by Australian law. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
Email hello@yourritualsupply.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and your sign-in session working. These are not used for advertising profiles.
Security and changes
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfect, but we treat your details as we would want ours treated.
